Back in March, I traveled to Las Vegas for the annual WPPI convention! My former boss, Victor Sizemore, put together a mentor shoot out in the desert and there were probably about 50-75 attendees. It was a ton of fun but MAN WAS IT COLD! I posted some of my favorites below…

Fahm and Matt got married on a gorgeous beach on a GORGEOUS day in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. We really lucked out considering it had rained the day before!
Fahm and Matt got ready at the Porto Playa Condos in Playa Del Carmen, where we took a majority of their photos. We then headed into the downtown area to take some additional photos of just the two of them before heading down to the beach for the ceremony! :) Their reception took place at John Grays Place and let me tell you….the food was AMAZING!

It was SUCH a pleasure photographing Ken and Wendy’s wedding. Wendy works with my mom at Brook Furniture Rental and I was so honored when I found out that she and Ken chose me to shoot their wedding! :)
Wendy and Ken got married at the Full Life Christian Center in the city, and after the ceremony we hit some of the major San Francisco landmarks for their photos… First we went to The Legion of Honor and then went to the Exploratorium. Lastly we hit the de Young Museum/California Academy of Sciences for the remaining photos.

I am leaving for Las Vegas today and I will be there until Sunday, March 14th! At the beginning of this week I will be attending the annual WPPI Convention and at the end of the week and onto the weekend I will be photographing a reunion party for Grantree Furniture Rental, a company that is no longer around today. My mom used to work for the company from 1975-1983 and met a lot of her very close friends there. Should be a great time!
And I apologize for my lack of blog posts lately. I will catch up soon, I promise! …until then, VIVA LAS VEGAS!
I’m back from Mexico and we couldn’t have asked for more perfect weather on Fahm and Matt’s wedding day! …Especially considering that it had rained the day before and was pretty overcast all week. I’ll post more later but here is a teaser photo for the time being! :)
I am leaving tonight to head to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico to shoot a wedding on Saturday! I will be back on the 17th :) …and a big THANK YOU to Ryan for referring me to this awesome couple!

Ben and Shestin got married in my hometown of Los Gatos at the Testarossa Winery. I have known Ben since middle school, maybe even elementary school but I can’t remember at the moment and I don’t have my old yearbooks to double check! ;)
We couldn’t have asked for a more gorgeous day and such a fun group of people! :) 2 things that made their wedding especially unique was Shestin’s amazing gold wedding dress and where the ceremony took place….inside a cave! Well, and their first kiss as husband and wife wasn’t bad either ;) Thank you to Kia of Kia Gregory Photography for being my second shooter for the day!

I first met the Blitchocks through my other job as a nanny in Willow Glen. The Blitchoks are neighbors of the family I nanny for and I got to know Jessica a lot better over the summer when all of the kids played together in the neighborhood. She wanted new family photos taken to send out for their holiday cards and I was definitely happy to oblige :) We decided to head over to the Santa Teresa County Park in San Jose, CA for their photos and it was perfect!…amazing lighting and a beautiful family :)

It was such a pleasure meeting Phil. He has always wanted his very own MG ever since one of his good friends from high school had one…and he recently found the exact one that he had been searching for so it was time to get some photos taken with it! :) We headed over to Vasona Lake in Los Gatos, CA for the shoot, and he even gave me a short drive in it when we were finished! Thanks Phil!!
